Can't wait for this. Great first effort by Playground Games.

Prety weird though, Microsoft has handed off their 3 biggest franchises to 3 (pretty much) unproven devs.

Forza goes to Playground, gets AA, Halo goes to 343, will get AAA:twisted:, and Gears goes to People can Fly, but Judgment looks bad. If and when Halo scores well, maybe we can expect a good Gears game from PCF?

Honestly I'm surprised about the reviews that are coming in (especially Jeff's). I was sure the over the top festival was going to get a lot of negative feedback from the reviewers.

is that a good or bad thing? I would assume its not something to be proud of....charlie sheens actually bought a demo in droves...a DEMO.... and even though that was the case and the actual game spent years in development it was released in an incomplete form...charlie sheens not only paid money for a demo...but they paid money for a beta product.

Yeah, same here.

It seems like the multiplayer is alot like Burnout Paradise, in which I would love since Burnout Paradise was one of my fav games this gen. The single player looks like HP2 in a open world formula.

Yeah, a great (83 on Metacritic, 7.8 here) full game that came with a demo. Totally worth the price. :D

but it only sold so well because of that demo. M$ actually lied about the demo/beta keys only being on the 1st launch copies to boost sales for this game.

No, that's not what I said.

The 360 and its exclusive games are often highly rated. It has a proven track record of being a quality system. Forza has a better track record in terms of quality than GT. Just because GT sells better doesn't mean it is better.
